By accessing and using the Venus Clinic Skin & Medicare website or booking our clinical services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or have parental/guardian consent), and that you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services Offered

Venus Clinic Skin & Medicare provides premium skin, hair, laser, and medical aesthetic treatments, including but not limited to:

• Skin rejuvenation therapies (Botox, Thread Lifting, Chemical Peels, Microdermabrasion)
• Laser treatments (Pico Laser, Carbon Peel, Fractional CO2, Laser Hair Removal)
• Hair restoration (PRP, PRF, Growth Factor Concentrate)
• Body contouring (Fat Freezing, Weight Loss Injections)
• Medical aesthetic consultations

All treatments are performed by or under the supervision of qualified clinical specialists.

3. Appointment Bookings

• Online appointment requests submitted through our website are subject to confirmation by our clinic team.
• An appointment is only confirmed once you receive a direct call or message confirmation from our clinical desk.
• We reserve the right to decline or reschedule appointments at our discretion.
• Please arrive on time. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may be asked to reschedule.

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

• Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
• Late cancellations (less than 24 hours notice) or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee or forfeiture of a deposit where applicable.
• In cases of medical emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible and we will accommodate accordingly.

5. Treatment Consent

Before undergoing any clinical treatment at Venus Clinic, you will be required to:

• Complete an in-person or written consultation with a qualified specialist.
• Disclose all relevant medical history, allergies, medications, and existing conditions.
• Sign an informed consent form acknowledging the nature, risks, and expected outcomes of the treatment.

Venus Clinic reserves the right to decline treatment if the specialist determines it is not clinically appropriate for the client.

6. Payment & Pricing

• All prices are quoted in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) and are subject to change without prior notice.
• Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• We reserve the right to request a deposit for certain treatments or packages.
• All treatments are non-refundable once the session has commenced.

7. Medical Disclaimer
